Biosafety classification is based on U.S. Public Health Service Guidelines, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their facilities comply with biosafety regulations for their own country.

Applications
This cell line is a suitable transfection host.
Storage Conditions liquid nitrogen vapor phase
Receptor Expression
epidermal growth factor (EGF); multiplication stimulating activity (MSA)
Complete Growth Medium Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium with 4 mM L-glutamine adjusted to contain 1.5 g/L sodium bicarbonate and 4.5 g/L glucose, 95%; bovine calf serum, 5%
Subculturing
Remove medium, and rinse with 0.25% trypsin, 0.02% EDTA solution. Remove the solution and add an additional 1 to 2 mL of trypsin-EDTA solution. Allow the flask to sit at room temperature (or at 37°C) until the cells detach. Centrifuge the cell suspension at 1000 rpm for 10 minutes, resuspend the pellet in fresh culture medium, aspirate and dispense into new culture vessels.
