One of 6 unique sequence inserts did not come from chromosomes 8, 18, 19, or 20.
Of 20 probes selected for being repeat negative, 12 had inserts with repeats, 2 had inserts <500 bp, and 5/6 of the remaining unique sequence inserts hybridized to fragments of corresponding size in chromosome 20.
