Growth Conditions

Temperature: 34°C

Recommendations for Infection: Inoculated SPF embryonated chicken eggs (intra-allantoic) at 9-11 days old. Dilute virus in DPBS prior to inoculation.

Incubation: 2-3 days at 34°C in a humidified non-CO2 atmosphere
