Comments PhlF, a TetR homolog, is a transcriptional regulator from Pseudomonas bacteria.
This pair of product includes two plasmids: pENTR_L1L2_PhlF contains a TetR homolog, PhlF, (ATCC SB-1032) and pENTR_L4R1_ pGPD- PhlF contains an ATCC® synthetic promoter, pGPD- PhlF, (ATCC SB-1070). They are two of DNA parts in the ATCC® Synthetic Biology Yeast Tool Kit for building gene circuits in yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
