Number of ATCC® CRL-1730 cells in a confluent flask
About how many ATCC® CRL-1730 ™, HUV-EC-C cells are in a confluent T75 flask?

The number of cells in a confluent flask varies, because cell size differs based on cell age and differences between individual cultures. For example, different culture conditions or different culture ages may affect cell size.

When grown under the conditions used at ATCC, cell numbers for a confluent flask of ATCC® CRL-1730 ™ range from about 2.0 x 106 total viable cells to about 4.0 x 106 total viable cells in a 100% confluent T75 flask.
