How should I measure NanoLuc® luciferase activity?

NanoLuc® luciferase activity can be measured using the Nano-Glo® Luciferase Assay System from Promega.  The bioluminescence can be readily detected by most luminescence detection systems, such as Promega GloMax® 96, Promega GloMax® Multi+, Perkin Elmer Victor™ 3, Perkin Elmer Envision®, Tecan Infinite® 200/500 and other devices.
