Molecular Signature Panels
What are ATCC® molecular signature panels?

ATCC has designed tumor cell panels based on the molecular signature. This series of cell line panels focused on cancer genes or key component of cell signaling pathways such as EGFR, p53, RAS, PI3K etc., and each cell line within the molecular signature panels has been experimentally validated by ATCC to verify genetic alterations, gene expression and protein expression and cell functionalities. The validation data can help researcher to select suitable panels or cell lines and save time to design experiment and interpret results. The datasheet of each panel can be found on the product web page of each tumor cell panel under the documentation tab. These panels harness the combined forces of molecular signature data and highly reliable, authenticated ATCC tumor cell lines to provide solid experimental platforms for cancer research and drug discovery.
