ATCC-DYR0100 Human Induced Pluripotent Stem (IPS) Cells
ACS-1011 ™
ATCC-DYR0100 Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSCs) were derived from a foreskin fibroblast cell line (ATCC SCRC-1041). The neonatal dermal fibroblasts were reprogrammed by the expression of OCT4, SOX2, KLF4 and MYC gene sequences using retroviral transduction. This cell line provides a normal control when designing iPSC experiments. They can be used for toxicology, differentiation, and stem cell research.
Recommendation: Read the ATCC Stem Cell Culture Guide before initiating your cultures.
